Beginner Student

Basic or introductory stage. The knowledge gained:They have to do with the use of basic services and the satisfaction of immediate needs such as procuring food, clothing and shelter, or solve simple steps to step out in familiar situations that occur, for example, travel (ask for directions or indications for get somewhere, ask schedules, etc..).Are carried out, especially in shops, post offices, banks, clinics, transportation (buses, trains, taxis, etc.).Making representations require simple, predictable and routine: buy consumer goods basic character, answer questions, solve simple problems or deal with unexpected situations or communicative intervention involving low complexity (giving personal data, saying it hurts rather, etc.).

Consolidation phase. The knowledge gained:They deal with needs that go beyond basic survival: ask for money back in a shop, haggle for a product, understand the explanations of the waiter in a restaurant, issue complaints, handled in travel and your organization, make appointments telephone to query pharmacy, rent a car, make a police report, etc..(THE SAME LEVEL PROGRAMMING THE ABOVE, BUT EXTENDED AND COMPLEX)

Advanced student

Stage of development. The knowledge gained:They deal with all kinds of needs that exceed the usual and ordinary: inquiry on health services and procedures requiring all, understand complex technical instructions (how to resolve a failure of a computer-assisted telephone), purchase unusual goods (which require permits or special procedures), understanding a restaurant menu including culinary terms, describe symptoms in a medical office unseen, rent a car and solve all the problems that may arise (theft, accident, etc..), no professional coping routine, etc..They are held in all types of installations, facilities and services, both commonly used as rare.Efforts required to perform all types, including complex and sensitive, and address problems, contingencies and emergencies(THE SAME LEVEL PROGRAMMING THE ABOVE, BUT EXTENDED AND COMPLEX).Are carried out, especially in trade-related agencies (shops, supermarkets, etc..), Hospitality (hotels, restaurants, etc..), Health (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, etc..), Utilities (administrative offices, police stations, post offices, etc..), banks, offices for rent (from homes, cars, etc..) or entertainment (cinemas, museums, etc..).Required to perform various steps of some complexity, such as those involving rental housing or seek employment, to perform certain administrative formalities (residence permits or work, etc..)
